arb post
can't think of a title for this little blurb, started a new book this week.
khaled husseini's "A THOUSAND SPLENDID SUNS"
I decided to google husseini, and am amazed at the plethora of blogs, reviews, interviews that sprang up, cyber space really minimises the world on my pc.
this decided me, once i've completed reading this thoroughly enjoyable book, i will be posting my "critical analysis",... the thought excites me as i haven't really done this in any real sense since completing my post grad degree in african literature.
i wander if i have retained the research and writing skills, developed at varsity, hell who cares, i will really be the only person who will read it. :) ...of course if there is any other maniac who has nothing else to do with their time :)
other than that, i'm trying to arrange a weekend break to the tropics, the more you think about it the further away the idea drifts, but ramadaan is on it's way, and it would be nice to walk on the beach before it arrives.
gotta go, still can't think of what to title, this rather arb post....but will give it the old college try.
